"Little Rosa, limping leg" shout the children in chorus. Rosa is small and limps. She stands on a chair so that she can be heard. Rosa says what she thinks at school, on the street, at demonstrations, in the newspaper. Loud and clear. Rosa fights for the weak. Why don't all people have the same rights? Rosa hates war. She loves Leo and nature. People should be as free as birds! But Rosa is locked up. Rosa is brave and self-confident and uncomfortable. Because she says what is, she has to die. Fascinated by Rosa Luxemburg, we bring a young audience closer to the outstanding life of this courageous, empathetic and fun-loving woman. We talk about the time in which she lived and what she died for. Even today, people still bring roses to her memorial in memory of the courage and strength of a woman who fought for justice and equality.
